SkyScopes Space Toys Shipping Information

We offer several methods of shipping which can be selected in our shopping cart or asked for during phone orders. The times listed below are provided by the shipping companies and are only estimates. Times listed only include business days, not weekends or holidays.

Overnight service is also available but only for phone orders. If you would like to confirm stock or need an item sooner please call us at 1-877-223-0070.

Space Toys is not responsible for import fees, taxes or VAT expenses. These are solely the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned about import fees or taxes please contact your local post office to find out what these costs may be.

Although rare, international orders may experience customs delays. There is no way for us to determine if there will be a customs delay or how it will affect delivery. In most situations if an item is held in customs you will be notified by your local postal carrier.

Back Orders: If an item is on back order you will be notified via E-mail or Phone. Once the item is back in stock it will still be shipped using the shipping method you selected unless you notify us differently.
